ANTON BRUCKNER'S 200th Birthday celebration started beautifully in Wien as the first ever composition of Bruckner, Quadrille WAB 121, was played on Musikvereins New Year's Concert. And not only that: during the intermission a film marking the Bruckner centenary was shown.
